“Excellent stay with one notable gap”

Everything was as expected for a property of this calibre. The room was spotlessly clean, with housekeeping consistently on point throughout my stay. The gym was well-equipped and the pool was equally impressive; both a pleasure to use. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and breakfast was outstanding; a real highlight of the stay. One point worth raising: if you return to the hotel late in the evening, there's no option to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. Room service closes at 10pm, which felt restrictive for a 5-star property. At this level, I would have expected 24-hour availability for guests arriving back after a long day out. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return; just plan your evening meals accordingly.

“Perfect in every way!”

Firstly, it has all the facilities you could need, well stocked gym, inside and outside infinity pool. A cafe downstairs open from 7:30am (many coffee shops open late in Korea so this was great) a beautiful bar overlooking the river on the 22nd floor. We also had room service for 2 nights, the food came quickly and was delicious. The staff are also a o friendly and attentive. The room was absolutely stunning, the views over the river were breathtaking. The room itself was perfect, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was huge, the attention to detail was really appreciated, particularly with different phone chargers available. And if anyone in the reviews moans about the location, do not listen. It is under a 5 minute walk to Mapo station, where you can easily get to all of the main tourist/attraction sites, and trust me it is so much better than staying in a loud, busy neighbourhood like Myeongdong. It is close enough but feels like you’re outside of the chaos. It made our honeymoon so so special to stay in such a great hotel, I will remember it forever and recommend anyone thinking about staying here. Thank you ❤️

“Amazing hotel, perfect location”

We ended our trip here and it exceeded our expectations. The room was perfectly clean, we had the river view which was amazing - highly recommended booking a room with this view if you can! The staff were amazing, very helpful and professional. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and a train station a few minutes walk away. A very convenient location with 711, Olive Young, shopping, and cafes within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, super helpful and friendly staff, great buffet breakfast and city views. Rooftop infinity pool was also great to relax in with fabulous view too. Room was spacious, very clean and bed was comfy.

“River view room is worth paying extra for”

Location was good, near bus and metro. Lots of restaurants around. Hotel is very nice, the view from the lobby on 20th floor is amazing. We had 5 nights, the first 2 in a city view room then we upgraded to a river view room. If possible, I would definitely recommend paying for the river view room, it was much nicer as well as having an excellent view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Beautiful view from the lobby. Would have loved to eat at the restaurant but understand it was reserved for the fireworks festival. Room was a great size, very clean and comfortable.

“Modern stylish hotel”

Hotel was so modern (toilet had auto bidet, heated seats etc). Our hotel was only on 4th Floor so did not have a good view but the lobby view of the river and interchange was awesome.

“Pleasant stay but not relaxed”

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms clean and tidy with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful city view. They even gave us a late checkout which was highly appreciated. The room service was impeccable and delicious. Check in and check out was smooth and pleasant. Area around hotel is cozy with Myeongdong only 10 minutes away by subway.
