The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. Plenty of space and comfortable bed. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating.

“Overall, the experience was a bit less than ideal.”
The soundproofing was quite poor, on both mornings, I could hear noise coming from outside the room. Also, the electric kettle's power cord was damaged, which raised some safety concerns, and one of the USB ports was broken and couldn’t actually be used for charging. Additionally, the hotel is farther from the subway station than I expected, which makes it rather inconvenient when carrying luggage.

The location in Gangnam, just short walk to all main Gangnam places or just hop on the public bus to explore the Seoul is simply perfect. Hotel room that was provided upon complaint about the quality of original room was excellent. The staff was very attentive to my request. Beds were comfortable. You can find several option to have coffee or breakfast few steps aside from hotel (Paris Baguette etc.) open all week long from early morning. In general good choice for spending few nights and pay reasonable amount of money.
