Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby yet very quite in the house. Feeling very safe even when I return to the guesthouse at midnight. The owner speaks fluent English. Very helpful in giving advices. Great breakfast: very delicious instant noodles!

Absolutely loved everything about this guesthouse! The host was so kind and very helpful. Super clean, great breakfast, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Hongdae but still quiet since it’s in a small alley (and the double glazing helps too 😄). Honestly, one of my favorite stays in south Korea. I’d 100% recommend it and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Seoul!

Great place to stay. There were eggs, toast, and bread to make yourself breakfast. Coffee and machine were also available. There was also great instant ramen and hot filtered water out of a cool machine. The bathroom has all you need, including toothpaste. There's also a hair dryer available. It's about 5 minutes from the main street and in a quiet area.

“Perfect!”

Everything was great! The location is perfect — in Hongdae, close to both the metro and the train at Hongik University station. The host was super attentive, he explained everything clearly and even told us to message him if we had any issues (which we didn't!). The room is spacious compared to other places we've stayed in Asia, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is also quite large, and the AC works perfectly. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and there's a large fridge with a freezer if you want to store some ice cream for a late-night snack. It was definitely the perfect choice for our stay in Hongdae — we even regret not staying longer!

The guesthouse is very close to line 2, which is very convenient to visit touristic areas and go to the airport. My room, though a bit small (but I was travelling alone so it was fine), was very comfortable and clean. The appliances, kitchen, and shared areas were cleaned meticulously every day, breakfast was simple but good (the coffee machine is a definite plus!), and the owner is as friendly as he is committed to making this guesthouse a welcoming place for guests. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Seoul!

“Cozy guest house in the heart of hongdae”

Super cozy guest house. We were welcomes by the owner, who helped us out with our luggage (no elevator) and brought us to our room. The beds are comfortable, and its calm despite being so close to the main streets around hongdae. Breakfast is self service in the main area from 8-11am, which can be heard from within the rooms - earplugs are advisable and also available at the property :) All in all my favourite place that we staid in in south korea!

Everything was excellent! It's my eighth time in Korea and my best guesthouse experience ever. Staff is friendly and helpful, and all spaces are clean. It's good, located near metro and stores.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean, very comfortable bed and a nice shower. Each morning there was a self serve breakfast - toast, butter and jam, cereals, eggs, noodles. Also very very good coffee. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again. The location is also great, close to the metro, but still on a quiet street.

My room is small but cosy n comfy. Very clean and the host was really friendly and helpful.. one of my best stays in hongdae. Highly recommended, will stay again ☺️
