It is close to all the hotspots in Seoul. The apartment was roomy enough to let 4 people settle in. The owners were also very nice. Everything is explained nicely as well.

“Central Hongdae”
This place was right in the heart of Hongdae which was perfect. The apartment was huge, if we were big group of friends this would have been great budget accommodation. The hosts stored our luggage post check out which was so kind and helpful as our flight was later in the evening.

“Disappointed”
The photos did not match the actual rooms. The room was much smaller and older than expected. It had an unpleasant smell and was not clean. Even the sheets smelled bad.

“Great location in Hongdae and lots of facilities”
Room was very clean and had everything you need. There was an entrance where you can place your shoes and change into slippers. The common area had towels, filtered water, toiletries, washing machine and dryer to use. There were also bins clearly labelled on how to dispose of our rubbish. The apartment was pretty small for the 7 of us but that was due to us bringing a lot of suitcases. Bonus: there were a few hair styling devices and Netflix available

“Great find in Hongdae”
Great stay in Hongdae! Hosts think of everything from extension leads to chargers and toiletries. Really central to loads of eateries and a few minutes walk to metro. Plenty of room for two adults and three children. It’s just round the corner from the Harry Potter themed cafe which was a hit. Really great find. Excellent communication from the hosts regarding check in, will stay again.

The property was in a great location close to the train stations and shopping streets with lots of food and Mary’s right next to it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating I Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location in the middle of everything. Many good restaurants and supermarkets are downstairs yet the room is very quiet. Highly recommend for staying in Hongdae!

The location was amazing. Extremely convenient. The room was simple but clean. The washing machine and dryer were very handy for our family. Having the convenience store downstairs was great as well. The staff we met were friendly and lovely.

“Perfect stay”

“Great find right at Hongdae!”
We booked the terrace room with 5 double beds for 5 persons. The room was spacious, comfortable, all of us had our own beds. Just bring your toothbrush/toothpaste, hair brush. Everything else was provided - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Anything you dont have just get from the supermarket/e-mart/CU downstairs. The room had 2 airconditioners, and a large TV. Laundry facilities were also provided! The apartment was clean, private, and safe. We could leave our luggage before check in time and after check out. We really really love this place. It ticked all the boxes especially as we have several young people in our group. It was just at Hongdae fashion street! You can get breakfast just downstairs from Wayne's bagels, and several nice cafes. Food around it. A good KBBQ just downstairs too and a supermarket that closes very late! Super convenient to take the bus and subway.
