“A home away from home.”

Everything about our time in Seoul was exceptional. My wife and I were looked after by Suni and her family like we were their family. I really can't describe how thoughtful, respectful, attentive and kind they were. All I would say is, I consider Suni and her family to be more than just hosts. They were like friends who did everything to make you feel welcome, safe and looked after. I would never think to stay anywhere else when travelling to Seoul, nor would I want to.

“Best stay in Korea !”

Amazing stay at Suni’s place! It was the best breakfast we had in Korea. Staying in a traditional Hanok was also a wonderful experience. Suni is very kind and gave us great advice about places to visit. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood with many restaurants and shops, and it is close to 4 subway lines and many bus routes. We were very happy to stay at her place. Thank you for everything — we 100% recommend it!

The host Suni, her husband and son made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy.

“Traditional and modern, with special atmosphere, awesome breakfast, friendly staff. Recommended!”

This is a traditional korean guesthouse, but modernized. It was cozy and comfortable, even in the cold weather they had floor heating. The beds are mattraces on the floor, it might be strange if you are not used to it, but it is comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was awesome, traditional korean meals and modern western food were both served. We chose this accomodation because of the atmosphere, and it delivered :) I must mention the toilet which was super hi-tech with built-in seat heating and cleaning functions, something which I never thought would cuase extra comfort. :) The staff spoke good english and was available on the booking messaging app 24/7.

“Beautifully located hanok, in a less touristy, but very lively area”

The location is very nice - in a very lively area, full of shops, Korean barbecues, etc. but not at all touristy. The host is very welcoming and nice.

Great traditional experience. The host Suni was so nice and helpful and all was great. Recommend to stay at Suni’s Guesthouse as the localisation is well connected to the metro and with many restaurants all around.

“Cozy room and amazing owner”

Nice and cozy room, but honestly the best part of our stay was the owner. Suni and her family were so helpful and kind, and made our stay really pleasant.

We also had a nice chat and she even recommended to us a perfect Seoul itinerary for the two days we stayed at her place. We felt like a part of the family :)

“Amazing!”

I loved staying at this family owned, piece of seoul history! I had a very relaxing time, breakfast was amazing and every member of the family was attentive and helpful. At one point it was raining, and I did not bring an umbrella with me and was already thinking I needed to buy one, and they kindly lent me one so I could take it for the day without me even saying anything. Staying at this guesthouse made me enjoy my seoul trip even more. Also the location is soo close to transportation and even though it's off a bustling street full of restaurants, stores and bars you would not know it when you are in your room, super relaxing and quiet, though be aware, as it is an old house, the walls are pretty thin however that did not bother me during my stay.

“Perfect stay”

What can I say, quite possibly the best host I have ever come across. Such a wonderful welcome and so informative and helpful, made my last few days stay in Korea perfect. Accomodation is great too, breakfast is awesome and it’s such a nice place to stay, traditional Hanok, very cool and great location. 100% highly recommended.
