“Overall great stay quite central but not too busy compared to centre of myeongdong. Great for fams”

The front staff were lovely and accommodating. We stay here all the time we visit Seoul. We like that it has everything we need spacious, swimming pool, gym, washing machine. We had issues with our second booking and the front desk (esp Julie) put in a lot of care to help us that the reservation team couldn’t help us out even tho we were long stay customers. They were always attentive and accomodating. We stay here all the time and this place doesn’t disappoint. It has great facilitates location is great not in centre of all the tourist areas and reception have always been so accomodating. Also we found all the front desk staff super helpful with helping us with deliveries and luggage!

Location was superb! Within walking distance to City Hall/ Hoehyeon line and Seoul station. Namdaemun market was just a 8mins walk away. Staff was helpful and extended my checkout for 2 more hours as I wasn't feeling well Will recommend Fraser Place Namdaemun any time!

fantastic location, welcoming staff that spoke English and keen to help. Attentive concierge at the front door to help with suitcases and great staff upstairs at the rooftop bar. Air conditioned room was comfortable even equipped with scales.

LOCATION NEAR MYEONGDONG AND NAMDAEMUN MARKET WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT. ROOM VERY CLEAN. ROOM VERY SPACIOUS LOOK THE SAME AS THE INTERNET PHOTO SHOWN.

Too many to list, clean and comfortable bedding, spaciousness, availability of kitchenette, washing machine in living area was a definite bonus. Excellent location and sauna facility was also a bonus that made stay real comfortable and relaxing. Great staff service too.

Good location, close to subway and Approx 20min walk from myeondong and surrounding areas. Close to 7 eleven. Nice view from rooftop bar.

The service and cleanliness. Was able to check in 5 minutes (possible that checking in after 4 pm may have helped the speed factor). Very accessible and good locations.

“Comfortable and convenient hotel near Namdaemun”

Love the location as it was about 15 mins walk to the Seoul train station and 5-8 mins walk to myeongdong and other places of interest. The bus stop near the hotel also has buses to many other tourist locations. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable and my kids enjoyed their stay here v much!

The room was large and clean, I had plenty of room to store my luggage Bathroom was also large with a bathtub I had a nice view and i was able to open my window and the air conditioning was strong.

It was a great Location, walking distance to the city centre and the temple, located right at the gate and beautiful views. I really loved the gym and spa facilities. Super clean and big! Loved it!

Really central and great room. Very clean with everything we needed and excellent soundproofing. Clean and comfortable bedding and towels. Liked that you had to scan your room key in the lift to go to your floor. Felt like a great security addition that I’ve not seen in many hotels. Excellent and friendly staff too. We would definitely stay here again.
