“Great location but disappointing room conditions”
The location was very convenient and easy to access. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. It was also very helpful that the reception desk was available 24/7.

Clean rooms, excellent helping staff. Comfortable beds, very clean toilet and shower. Decent wi-fi. Also a very nice location close to some nice restaurants and pubs.

“Do not stay at this hotel - choose another!”
Terrible hotel - we had smoke fumes entering our room and when we informed staff, they were no help. I was with my daughter - after persisting and requesting them to inspect the room, the offered to give us a sleeping room for the night which was cold and horrible. They provided zero compensation for this deposit staying for 6 nights .

Great location, close to metro station, so easy to move around. Good quality hotel that had everything you need for a city break. Friendly staff and they were flexible for early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was also nice.
