The very soft beds. You could sink in them. Nice and functional decor and pretty view. Even if mine was a single room, the space was carefully designed to offer the best experience. Though I queued to check in, personnel were fast about it. Right opposite the limousine bus stop for the airport.

The check-in/out process was fairly quick and easy. Location is good as well. The rooms had decent spacing and bedding was comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel in the quieter neighborhood - outside of tourtists atractions but near the subway. Starbucks and shop downstairs, nearby lots of shops, airport bus, bus station.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fairfield by Marriott Seoul. My friend and I arrived to check in after a long international flight, only to be refused at the front desk due to age restrictions. I am 18 and my friend is 19, however we were told that because we are not related, we could not stay. This policy was not made clear at the time of booking, and as international travellers, we had no way of knowing this requirement in advance. As a result, we were left without accommodation late at night in a foreign country. What was most concerning was the way the situation was handled. Instead of assisting us in finding a suitable alternative, we were told to sleep at a convenience store or McDonald’s. This was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful, especially given that we were tired and unfamiliar with the area. The women at the front desk showed no remorse for our situation. While I understand that hotels may have policies regarding age, the lack of clear communication and the complete absence of support from staff was unacceptable. I would strongly advise other young travellers to be aware of this policy before booking.
