“Will definitely stay there again when we go back to Seoul”

I like the location best. It is very accessible to trains and buses and yet quiet at night. It is also safe walking late at night. It has some good restaurants, cafes and a patisserie around the corner. It's also walking distance to the market. Staff and service are excellent, cleanliness is 5 star. Room size is quite good compared to other hotels. Very accommodating to requests and helpful when planning day trips too.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from both the metro and the main train station, making it easy to get around the city. There were several breakfast options available, and each one we tried was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, providing a pleasant place to relax after a busy day. The surrounding area offers plenty of restaurants and dining options, so finding a good meal was never a problem. Thanks to its convenient location and excellent transport connections, the hotel is an ideal base for exploring all that Seoul has to offer.

They also made my birthday extra special by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. “Everything was great”

Everything was great. The staff were very responsive and the location was perfect. It was easy to reach all the attractions on foot, by bus or by subway. There were many small shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers on the B1 floor. The room was spacious, we stayed with children 7 and 9 y. and had plenty of space. However, there was no proper wardrobe at all, only a few shelves so there was nowhere to put clothes. We went to the swimming pool with the children and they really enjoyed it. There is also a remote control in the bedside table that lets you control the lights and air conditioning by pointing it at the TV. Housekeeping was excellent.

Location is good, close to city hall station. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice and well equipped. Staff was very freindly and resposive. Breakfast was good.

“Amazing stay”

We had booked a room for three but when we arrived the room was upgraded to a studio, so we had lots of space. The beds were comfortable and the studio had everything we needed. The staff was nice and helpful, they let us leave our luggages the day after our stay so we could take a last walk around Seoul without carrying the suitcases with us. Super recommended!

The location was great, very close to the city center and public transport. There were many nice restaurants/cafes nearby the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was free water in the minibar. The beds were comfortable.

Everything was excelent! Professional staff, very helpful, ready to assist us with all our requests! Special thanks to Nelly, working at the reception desk. She was very helpful, friendly and always making excelent suggestions to visit special places în Seoul, finding specific shops (for example my daughter was interested in finding and buying Hatsune Miku figures and Nelly recommended a location). Breakfast was good and diversified (Continental, American breakfast or Vegetarian for example). Great location for the hotel, close to City Hall subway station.

Location is close to subway city hall, close proximity to namdaemun market. Facilities are well maintained, hotel room is spacious, clean and as expected.
