“Bed and room very comfortable”
Room was very comfortable. I like the water dispenser. I liked there was an iron in the room. I liked the fact I could ask for a quiet room prior to arriving, and the hotel responded to say they would do their best.

The location is perfect. Having shops and restaurants right downstairs is a great convenience, and the proximity to the underground makes getting around the city very easy. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. A very comfortable and well-located place to stay for business travelers.

The hotel is very mordern, clean and fresh. The staff was very good and easy to communicate with. The location and the fact that it is part of Times Square mall is very good. I will definitely stay here amd recommend it to others.

There is no heating control during the winter. The only way to reduce temperature to sane was opening the window. No complimentary water. Crazy priced buffet for just average food.

The breakfast was our favourite part of our stay!! The buffet selection was excellent! The staff made us feel so welcomed and our room was cleaned everyday. The hotel smells so fresh. And it is convenient to get to the attached mall. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Seoul!
