Connected to underground shopping area and also close to Hyundai mall. Staff was very friendly, i needed some help with my airport transfer, and they offered to call and talk to the driver in Korean for better communication.

Was clean and gym was well equipped. Bed was a bit too soft, but room was specious and clean . Chloe was great, have never experienced such an exceptional service. She was super friendly and helped me to book one attraction. She has even assisted me with payment. Really wonderful and can't thank her enough!

“Will definitely be staying here again when I visit South Korea again.”
I booked the rooms overlooking the river and the view exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful to be able to sit and look out across the river to the city, especially by night when it was all lit up. Very comfortable rooms, the staff were very helpful and the food choices for breakfast were vast.

“Absolutely not worth the money”
The waiting for the breakfast was extremely long, I spent three over a week and every day there was not a single table available right away. The lift was the same problem. It took a lot of time to catch one. The room was cheaply decorated.

The staff were very friendly, the location for shopping 10/10 and the breakfast was excellent. The bar staff in the whiskey bar 27 Bar & Grill are top notch and the view at night - sensational!
