Your staff were amazing, they are v helpful in particular I had a female staff i think her name is Miriz (sorry i cant spell it) she was fantastic, helping me organise a car and driver to Museum San which I really wanted to go. And with a lot of consideration who the driver is for my safety, I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. So a big special shoutout to her. Pls let me know her name. “BEST BEST service & comfortable room”

This is my 5th time in Korea and Andaz by far has the best hospitality & most foreigner friendly. All of their staff at the lobby were able to converse in good English and they were very very attentive to all guests coming in & out of the building & always offered to help. I have previously stayed in park Hyatt & four seasons, but surprisingly andaz gave me the best stay in terms of service. There were numerous occasions where I was waiting for my taxi and the staff always approached me to confirm I already got myself a transportation & offered to get me one. I have also requested for early check in on the date of arrival, they tried their best to accommodate my need and allowed me to check in early for one of my two rooms despite they had 100% occupancy. For the room, I was initially very scared that the room will be small compared to Hyatt / four seasons…but turns out the pictures didn’t do the justice….the room was bigger than I expected and I liked the layout of the room and that there was a lot of cabinet space for me to put my things away. Also ordered their makgeolli from the in-room dining service, their selections were very very good. Highly recommend!!!

I like this hotel when I stay in Seoul. Perfect fit for a business trip. The staff is simply amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The central location in Gangnam is convenient.

Brilliant location - great rooms . THe only improvement I would make is to have a soft pillow and a harder one on the beds ... having JUST soft pillows isn't great. So yeah bar that it was honestly perfect.

Great service staff, good value for money, spacious rooms, well equipped gym. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel is very well located in Gangnam (there's a taxi driveway on the back and a direct underground connection with the subway). Both the hotel and the room were comfortable and very clean. The personnel are very welcoming and helpful. The room was quite spacious + a very nice pool that was never too crowded.

Staff was exceptional. Location was ideal and logistically so accessible. It was also quiet and pleasant.
