“Highly recommended”
Staff, practical, location. Clean, comfortable. Very convenient for first timers in Seoul. Even though hotel was fully booked reception managed to help us with early check in and late check out.

Nice modern hotel. Room was fairly small (I guess expected for Seoul), but enough space to keep and open a large suitcase on the floor. Bathroom was fairly small too, with a bathtub with a shower combined. Bidet toilet. Room was very clean but some marks on the wall and carpet. Friendly cleaning staff, very polite. Rest of the hotel is modern and nice. The laundry room has two washing machines (auto dispensing washing liquid) and two driers, very cheap and clean. Breakfast selection was quite good, but breakfast room is not that inspiring, in some basement floor with no windows. Breakfast price was reasonable. Hotel location is good. Fairly quiet street but walking distance to many shops and restaurants, main avenues and metro stations. Not far from the main palace either.

It's a nice clean hotel with staff always available and willing to help you. It was my daughter's birthday during the stay and they were very kind by proactively offering breakfast for us. It was a very smooth experience for the whole stay.

Very clean hotel in a nice location. Staff was very friendly, they found a charger i forgot on the room and made sure i got it when i went back for my stored luggage.
