“Very good in Seoul”

The location close to the Myeongdong Street Market and the Mall is very convenient for a few days in Seoul. I would stay here again.

We had a really great stay at Aloft Seoul Myeongdong and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul for sightseeing and shopping. The location is honestly one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It is a perfect starting point for exploring many of Seoul’s major attractions. A lot of places can easily be reached on foot — from the famous to the lively Myeongdong street food area with countless delicious local food options. The newly opened UNIQLO Myeongdong and Olive Young Town are also nearby, together with many other shopping opportunities, cafés, restaurants, and small stores to explore. Another huge advantage is the transportation connection. Many important bus lines to major sightseeing spots such as the royal palaces and different temples start directly in front of the hotel. The airport limousine bus also stops right at the hotel, which makes arrival and departure extremely convenient. Overall, the location really could not be much better for exploring Seoul comfortably. The hotel staff was always attentive, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast was more Asian-oriented compared to a typical Western breakfast, but everything was fresh and very tasty with a good variety of options. The rooms were sufficiently spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though the hotel is located directly next to a busy street, you can barely hear the traffic inside the rooms. We slept very well every night without any noise issues. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to stay centrally in Seoul while having comfort, great accessibility, and many attractions right outside your door.

Aloft Myeongdong was a lovely place to stay. The location was fantastic — very central, close to the subway, and right in the heart of Myeongdong. It was also just around the corner from the night food market, with great shopping nearby. Overall, an excellent location for everything and a very enjoyable stay.

Liked everything! Great experience. Really liked that they have a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Came in handy after two weeks of travelling.

Good location, good breakfast and friendly and attentive hotel staff. I liked the free coffee and popcorn machine in the lobby hallway. The room has a water filter, making it unnecessary to buy water to drink at the hotel.

“Superb central location, safe area, easy transport, modern comfortable rooms.”

Location was superb, I literally couldnt have asked for a better place to stay right by the main shops, walking streets, close to the cable car to go up the mountain. The area felt VERY safe indeed to walk around at night. I loved that the Airport Limousine Bus drops you off almost outside the hotel ( just by the Ibis Hotel) so you just walk back like 4 mins only in a really safe, busy area so no stress with luggage at all The rooms were lovely and spacious, comfortable , very modern and all ammenities were top notch. The beds were really comfy.

Beautifully appointed room with modern fixtures and design. Location is well situated and close to many of the areas shopping spots, street vendors and historical buildings. The breakfast each day that we included in our 3 night reservation was well staffed and included many options.

“Awesome Stay.”

The breakfast was awesome... even thou most of the items were almost same daily (we stayed 4 nights) with some changes, they were all very delicious. They hv a corner catered just to kids.... we adults love it too. The location is very near to food, Teddy museum and the nice Starbucks. They hv 2 pools and unfortunately we did not hv a chance to try either of them. The staff service was awesome and meticulous.

Clean bright room with enough space and set up well. Lovely helpfull staff. The area is central to everything (however not the prettiest or nicest area of Seoul but a good location to explore from)
