The property was very clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I also liked the location as it was quite central and easy to go to other places such as Seongsu and Apgujeong. I also liked how comfortable the room was.

The location of the hotel is close to Coex mall and Parnas mall and there is a good bakery down the street, a couple of convenient stores but the staff working at them weren't so friendly with foreigners

Great location, very clean and bed was massive

This was our first visit to Korea and thanks to this hotel it was the best. We were amazed by the staff's reverent attitude to work, to guests and to the naked cat, which was a key factor. The hotel is very clean, the bathroom was clean, all the drains worked well. The cleaning of the rooms is top notch The staff was friendly, answered any questions, very polite, from the reception to the housekeeping team. Our cat was provided with a cat bed, diapers and a litter box for the duration of her stay at the hotel. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. We were extremely comfortable. All the equipment, air conditioning, gym worked perfectly and without any problems or hitches breakfasts are very varied and tasty, there is an opportunity to wash clothes for an additional fee the location of the hotel is the best, this is the best area possible. I think that 3 stars for a resort is not enough. This is at least 4 stars and we give the highest rating to the hotel

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, all the classics for both western and eastern tastes with a couple of rotating options to keep things fresh. The hotel was clean and well furnished. I got sick while there and the staff actually made sure I still got my complimentary water despite my turning down room service and the lovely cleaner even brought me an extra box of tissues completely unasked just because I clearly needed them. The location was convenient for public transport, one bus stop is literally just outside the front door and three others are easy 2-3 minute walking distance. The location was close to some of the more upscale locations I wanted to visit too like Coex mall.

“Cosy Hotel”

It is conveniently located in Gangnam, near and within walking distance to the Coex Convention center/shopping mall. The train station is nearby and there are plenty of convenient shops as well. Gym is 24hrs :)
