Overall, our stay was pleasant. We had a rental car, so for us the hotel was mainly a place to sleep and rest after exploring Jeju. Before arrival, I specifically requested a beautiful view and additionally paid for a sea-view room. Unfortunately, we were assigned a corner unit overlooking the pool with only a partial sea view. Later, I noticed that several rooms just a few doors away had significantly better and brighter views of both the sea and the pool. Because of this, I would not recommend relying on special requests or paid upgrades if having a particular view is important to you. For honeymoon travelers, I would probably recommend considering other options, as our preferences and additional payment for the view did not seem to be taken into account. One thing that genuinely surprised us was the towel policy. The rooms only provide very small towels, and guests must pay extra to rent a standard-sized bath towel. Even more inconvenient, the rented towel has to be returned daily. As travelers, we found this quite uncomfortable, as it meant being tied to the towel and making sure to return it on time every day. We travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was the first time we encountered such a policy. In our opinion, this is a significant drawback and does not feel particularly guest-friendly. Another inconvenience was communication with the reception desk. Whenever we needed clarification or assistance, we were often asked to come downstairs in person rather than receiving help remotely. Whether due to language barriers or hotel procedures, this became inconvenient during our stay. That said, the hotel itself was clean and served its purpose well as a base for exploring the island. However, the issues mentioned above noticeably affected our overall experience.

Overall the resort was nice and room was very good with nice view. The swimming pool was free so we had good time there as well. If you have car then it is a very good option.

Nice cafe within walking distance. Sea view.

I give points for the pool being heated and open till 9PM and the receptionist speaking good English.

Need a car for this location. The rooms are lovely and big, clean. Breakfast has a small range, but it's convenient with the 7-11 onsite. We've stayed before and loved the pool, but we didn't realize it was closed this time. This place is fabulous when the pool is available, still nice without it.

Nice hotel - we have stayed here before. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Pool is very good, as it kids play room.

“All the basics covered”

We visited off-season so got a good price for our room. I was very pleased with the free washing machines (including powder) and drying racks that we could take to our room. We went to a fantastic Mexican restaurant down the road for dinner. We didn't need it, but there was plenty of outdoor carparking. There was a convenience store on site which was very useful.

There's a children playground. Kids friendly and big rooms.

The breakfast was good. There were a free swimming pool, a kid zone and washing machines, so it was good for a family with kids.
