Overview

“A great place for a family stay on Jeju Island”
My first time on Jeju Island and the hotel was in a good location. The staff were really great and the concierge offered me great restaurant options and even called ahead to make sure they were open and could help me select food as a foreigner.

“I do not recommend this hotel especially for the price”
Don’t be fooled by the ”private pool” or ”hot tub” that are supposedly included in the price. Private pool is in fact a shared swimming pool that requires a pre-reservation in order to be accessed. But even if you do reserve the slot to go, they do not guarantee you access to complimentary sun beds (so why do they need a reservation if they don’t even have the space?) and you’ll be charged for using other sun beds. On top of that, the pool has certain opening hours but in fact there are some mysterious breaks that are not mentioned – I understand that the hotel is targeting mostly the customers from the neighboring countries but the fact that most of the staff outside of the lobby can’t even speak basic English in a 5 star hotel is kind of surprising…

“Comfy Stay~”
Hotel was so close to the Water Park. Bed was super comfy. Cool TV in the shower! We did try in room dining! Not bad experience but on a pricier side. Location was too far from everything else in Jeju however if you think of just winding down in the vicinity, then this hotel would be perfect!
