Overview
Surrounded by thick woods, Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature is situated on top of the hill just outside the north-western end of Jungmun Tourist Complex. It boasts hidden trekking trails around the hotel as well as the largest infinity pool in South Korea. Brightly decorated, each room and suite is finished with wooden furnishings. You will find a private balcony and a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a minibar. En suite bathroom comes with both a bath and a shower, while the toilet is equipped with an electronic bidet. Complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and slippers are provided for every guest. Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature features an on-site fitness centre, an infinity pool and a sauna. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk with concierge and room services. Children aged 2~7 can play at the Kids Play Room from 09:00 until 18:00. At Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature, Italian cuisine is served at The Beyond while Chi Chi provides simple deli menu, tea and coffee. Buffet is available at Panorama, an outdoor terrace restaurant on the second level. From the hotel, Jungmun Tourist Complex including Alive Museum, Yeomiji Arboretum, Jungmun Golf Club and Jungmun Beach is a 5-minute drive away. Jeju International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.

“Amazing nature hotel”
Amazing nature hotel with heated infinity pool. Plenty of parking lots. Great view and spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and quiet. The staff is professional and friendly.

“Comfortable stay, good location”
The room was comfortable, clean, good size for two people, we were well rested for the two nights we were there. We drove, it was close to some good food. I love how the garden lights up at night. We forgot to remove the do not disturb sign, it was nice of the hotel to leave us extra clean towels at the door.

“Peaceful and lovely stay with daily swimming”
Hidden Cliff hotel and nature is luxury and peaceful. The room was super lovely, including bathtub and bathrobes and with a nice garden view. And the heated! infinity pool is great both in mornings and with the evening partylights.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were good sizes. The bathroom was well kitted out and nicely decorated. The location is stunning and easy to find with gps. Free parking included as well.

Nice location, and beautiful views from the balcony. It was nice to sleep with the window open and enjoy the night air. And the staff were lovely.

“A dream hotel to visit”
This hotel was stunning and I would go back again tomorrow if I could. We took the nature trail around the hotel as well which was definitely worth the walk. I cannot say a bad word about anything.

The infinity pool is amazing! It’s heated and at night they have a DJ. They have free parking, a convenience store inside, and the room is really big.

“Beautiful tranquil setting”
The location is quiet and tranquil, away from the crowds but within easy driving distance of many of the major attractions on the southern coast. Nearby the hotel, within walking distance, are a number of convenience stores and small restaurants, a great alternative to the expensive hotel meals. The hotel was easy to find, with plenty of free undercover parking on site. Our room overlooked the verdant valley below and we had the rising sun shining through our window every morning. Our room was large, bright and airy with a nice balcony. We had all the mod cons you’d expect: AC, TV, free Wifi, fridge, electric toilet, etc. Our bed was super comfy and there was no outside noise at all so we had very good sleeps. We liked the convenience store (7-11) located in the lobby and made use of it several times. The gym is decent, but not great. For cardio gear, there are only 3 treadmills, nothing else. There are a number of decent quality weight machines, a set of dumbbells (to 20kg) and an adjustable bench. We had a couple of weights workouts there and it seemed to work pretty well provided there weren’t too many people inside.

Great customer service and breakfast! The hotel was very comfortable and calm, we had no issues with transportation. The only downside is the infinity pool was 4 feet deep. Overall great experience and good prices.

“Resort Hotel with a great view and service.”
Very nice forest and stream facing the balcony. Excellent infinity pool and breakfast location has gorgeous view facing the greenery.

“Fell short of expectations”
The hotel was spacious and located in a very scenic area. Some members of staff were very helpful. There was a 7-11 on site which proved most useful. There was a bar located on the 7th floor which was nice to sit in. We did have spa treatments which were enjoyed by all.
