“Although we liked our time there, we would choose somewhere more central next time.”
We enjoyed our time at Grand Josun Jeju, mainly due to the exceptional staff and clean facilities. The staff were wonderful- very polite and attentive. The pool was nice and heated in April. We wished there was a slide or another play thing for the babies though. It was good that toddler and kids life jackets were provided. The kids club was great for our children too. The art and cooking classes were especially enjoyed by our 7-year old. We made use of the baby cot (even for our tall 18-month old!) and the big bath as well as the walk-in shower.

“Lovely place, would recommend.”
Upscale property, really nice. Was helpful to have a CU on location. Need to drive or have a driver to stay at the location though. There were nearby restaurants and another 7-11 just 3-5mins drive away. We had a room which had a massive balcony which was really nice. Room and facilities excellent. Staff are fluent in English which may not be the case in every hotel establishment (we stayed at a diff chain in Seoul and could see big difference to staff quality. Grand Josun staff are trained v well). I also really appreciate the massage chair in the living room of our unit. What an awesome addition. Really helped us to relax in the evening with the massages

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well-kept hotel and grounds. The food available at the hotel was very good too. The facilities were really good with an adult rooftop pool and a sauna/baths room.

“Spacious room, good set up with 2 year old”
Stayed with a 2 year old, and had a nice spacious room with two double beds, and a separate sitting area to enjoy once he was in bed. Hotel is nice, good outdoor/indoor swimming pool for children. Bathroom has nice complimentary toiletries and everything felt very clean. We were upgraded on arrival to a pool view room which had nice views of the grounds. A few of the rooms have balconies looking out directly on a car park so watch out for this when booking.

“Beautiful hotel in a good location”
Great hotel, beautifully clean and efficient. Plenty of space and the pools were great. Some nice restaurants within 15-20 minute walking distance too, as well as a great beach in 20-25 mins walking.

Beautiful property. Clean, comfortable nicely decorated rooms with gift packs for kids. Staff are discrete and we can feel the care from the staff, that they delight in making us happy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool were bit small but was ok as not many people using it. Outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna were a real treat. really loved it. Has a nice garden to walk around.

“The best!”
I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

Very grand public rooms and attractive grounds. Staff very friendly. We had an enjoyable meal in the Italian restaurant as we needed a break from Korean food.
