Excellent place to stay. Staff great, location great, bed is super comfy and room is cleaned daily.

The room was spacious. Yes, the hotel is a bit outdated but I didn't find it inconvenient, it was very clean, the sheets and towels were clean and good quality. I enjoyed the bathtub and the view over the sea. Staff spoke very good English and breakfast had decent Western options.

Very clean and great location. Breakfast was nice too and the staff were very helpful when we wanted to visit attractions in Jeju, they provided bus routes and schedules that would help us.

Good value for money & very friendly staff. Good breakfast- mix of korean & "light" western items (sunny side up, ham, cheese, butter, toast your own bread). Coffee machine 😋

Location was quite good, with good restaurants nearby, but a bit of a walk to attractions. Room was clean and modern with nice beds and bathroom. Excellent elevators.

The beds were comfortable. There is breakfast, which is basic, but enough, but you need separate clothes for that, because after breakfast you smell like fries. The hotel is outdated, but clean.

The room is spacious, but it is an old style. There is no bidet in a room, which I found a bit weird as most of the hotels in Korea have bidet. There is a CU convenience store below the hotel, which is our savior. We bought dinner (pre-packed food) from there as most restaurants are closed around 8 pm. The receptionist is a very nice young lady, who speaks good English. She helped us to order food from the nearby restaurants as we were unable to do it on our own. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed their order and didn't inform her at all, and we waited for 1 hour to get our food, which ended with eating pre-packed food from the CU below the hotel. The hotel is quite weird as well. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 toddler (3 years old). each room, they have prepared only 1 towel; when we asked why, they said: oh, most people only use 1 towel; we can provide extra based on request. which they did, but we just found out it is very weird. They have laundry coins as well, but only 1 washing machine and 1 dry machine, so you have to wait if there is someone there. The laundry room is so small, and without ventilation, so it is very stuffy.
