“Lovely stay”

Walking distance from the waterfalls, lots of restaurants. Short driving distance from multiple tourist sightseeing spots. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean, great water pressure and you don't have to throw the toilet paper in a seperate trash can. All with all great value hotel.

“Quiet but convenient location in Jeju”

Staff was polite and helpful! Room was clean and spacious. Neighbourhood is safe- Jungmun Post Office bus stop only 150 metres away (bus from airport 1 hour), Paris Baguette, convenience stores, Baskin Robins are all very near. Simple free breakfast. Dinner is possible at Italian restaurant at Lobby level. Delicious.

Great hotel with great location, comfortable spacious rooms, all needed amenities, very professional and positive staff! - two parking lots, a small one underground and a big one outside of the hotel. it might be full in summer, but in September we didn’t have any trouble finding a parking spot - bus station, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants (both korean and european food) near the hotel - korean type breakfast buffet is included in the price, it will keep you full till lunch - housekeeping is very fast! we barely left the room for breakfast and it was already clean! towels and sheets are of great quality. - if you already visited Korea and korean hotels, you know that many of them don’t have a shower curtain and water splashes everywhere. this is not the case here! Bathroom has a glass shower curtain and the bathroom floor remains dry after showering - also the room is very spacious, many korean hotels have small and cramped up rooms. a lot of storage space, we felt very comfortable living in the room! - wifi and air conditioning work perfectly We really enjoyed our week at this hotel

“Best hotel experience in South Korea”

The hotel has a fantastic location close to one of the main bus stops from where you can easily reach, for example, Jeju airport or the Hallasan National Park's Seongpanak entrance. Also, the hotel is in walking distance of many attractions like waterfalls, museums, and alike. The breakfast offered in the restaurant downstairs is great. South Korean dishes and also some toast and cereals are available. The restaurant is also great for dinner by the way. The food is tasty, the prices are good, and the staff is very kind and attentive. The clean room was the most spacious we encountered during our three weeks in the country. We particularly enjoyed the table and chairs by the window with a direct at the distant Hallasan. If available kindly ask for a room on the upper floors (5 or 6) facing the street. There's hardly any street noise but that enjoyable Hallasan view! Lastly, we must bring up the exceptional staff at the reception. They were super helpful with things like bus schedules and alike. They even knew that the schedules glued to the bus stop were not up-to-date and have us the correct bus schedule instead. Additionally, they have helped us with contacting one of the banks when an ATM swallowed our credit card on a Saturday. The phone next to the ATM did not provide any help to us because it connected to an answering machine with only a Korean message. The woman working at the hotel's reception that day (unfortunately, we do not know her name) was on the phone with the bank and the ATM service company several times. Two hours later we held our credit card in our hands again. That was outstanding. She truly went above and beyond to help us and deserves a thousand thanks!!! 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️

“A nice stay in a good location”

The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to swim at the Jungmun beach. The bus stops are very close to the place so you can easily go anywhere on the island. The staff is nice, and the room was comfortable too. I am a bit sad because I forgot in the room a cute Hallabong pin my friend got me as a present but the stay was nice

Room and toilet were spacious and nice. Location was very convenient if you want to take public transport - nearby bus stops have buses that go to the main attractions in the area. Receptionist was very helpful.
