“Fab cottage in south of Senja”

Fabulous 'off grid' cottage in the south of Senja. Amazing views and scenery. The cottage is large, and could accommodate many people. The cooking facilities are great. We loved using the woodburner too.

“Blissfully quiet and stunning”

Everything. We were looking for a peaceful place with stunning views, as well as an opportunity to see some northern lights away from any city lights. We got it all. The house is beautiful and simple. Only four houses on the same spot, quiet, peaceful, lovely fireplace, and the owners available if you need anything, even when far away.

Great location on the sea front. Nice view and very calm. Well equipped, cozy with fireplace. Björn was ver supportive and welcoming.

“A real gem at Senja”

The views are incredible. Such a relaxing and peaceful place off the beaten track. Good size for a couple or a family either 2 children. The kitchen is very well equipped. No restaurants and shops close by, but this isn’t a problem if you come prepared. Many nice hiking trails in the area and the ferry to Harstad just 5 min away.

The cottage is just amazing! The view from the living room is breathtaking, the place quiet and perfect for relaxing. There is everything you might need in the cottage and the Interieur is cosy and warm. We were very lucky and saw northern lights every evening of our stay directly in front of the house or above. The place of the cottage is a good base to discover different parts of Senja because even the way to the different spots is beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and offered their help if it might be needed.

Location was wonderful, and the cottage very cozy. It also was clean and well kept, which cannot always taken for granted in Norway.

“So superior a cottage”

We loved everything about the cottage, it's location, for a number of different reasons was just perfect. The cottage is beautifully presented and we really enjoyed the outside in feel the sun room gave us. We were graced with the most perfect of weather but can see how the cottage would be wonderful at any time of the year. We love nature and saw reindeer, owls, a fish eagle, lots of arctic terns. Even swam in the sea off the beach by the cottage. We would love to return some time.
