Apparently the cheapest room was the only one left and the filter system of booking promoted it as having a view and a balcony. The other rooms in the house do have them, but this one didn't. It hardly had daylight and in that respect it was overpriced.

Perfect appartment with basically everything you need during holidays. Our appartment had no balcony but it was not a problem taking into account the fact that it was located 20meters from the beach. Very nice restaurant nearby and old town within walking distance. Dedicated parking place was a big adventage.

Perfect location, nice and clean. The owner is very kind. The beach is basically 10 meters from the house and the harbor and old town is also few minutes away. For lunch and dinner go for the Konoba Veska! 😉 Thank you, We’ll be back!

Perfect location directly at the seaside, few meters away from the beach with great scenery. Well equipped and clean apartment with a nice terrace. Old town is 10mins walk with nice restaurants. Nehaj castle is like 20-25 mins walking distance. There is also a restaurant right next to the apartment. Very kind and helpful host. Good place also for toddlers. :)

Accommodation just a few steps away from the beach and yet quiet (well sealed windows, air conditioning), friendly and sensitive attitude of the owner (always ready to help, yet very discreet), easily accessible shops and restaurants, atmosphere of a historic town that is not yet as affected by mass tourism as some of the larger resorts on the coast or on the island of Krk (we were there at the beginning of the season in June/July).

“Best location in the town”
Probably the best apartment location in Senj you could get. The apartment is clean, spacious and has great terrace where you can watch the kids while they play on the beach just few meters away. It's a minute walk to the city center, shops and there is a nice 'konoba' and beach bar also just few second aways. Despite all of the above,it's on very quite location. Very big plus for us was also that it was pet friendly.

Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The hosts are very kind and helpful people who will make sure that your stay as good as possible. The location of the house is also perfect, literally 10-20 meters from the beach, close to the city and big stores. The view is stunning and the whole experience of the stay was perfect for us. We travelled with a small baby and the hosts provided us with any support needed (e.g., baby cot and baby chair). The location is suitable for travelling with toddlers, good place for walks or playtime on the beach.
