“The most relaxing vacation we had!”
We could write a whole story how great this place is (but only for those who travel by car, it is relatively remote with not public transport available). At first, it provides amazing views on the Marche hills. It is calm, you only hear birds, wind, sometimes a car passing by far away. The place is like a villa which offers everything you need: nice breakfast (desserts are amazing!), coffee, swimming pool, relaxing area, bbq places, ping pong, jaquzzi. The rooms are tidy and spacios, bathroom is fully equiped. Good wifi. It is only 7-10 minutes by car to the beach and to the beatiful city of Senigallia. But the best part in this villa is the host - Daniella. She is the most attentive, helpful, cheerful, and lovely host we have ever met! Big big thanks to her and her staff. Without her, the place is very nice. With her - it is 10/10, above and beyond!

Beautiful property with great views where one can enjoy their breakfast overlooking gorgeous hills. The property is impeccably maintained by the staff who are extremely nice and eager to make sure one is having a good time. We went in July when it was warm and spent 2 days in the pool which in itself is worth everything. Very clean and well maintained again.

“Great property, great pool, great breakfast buffet and outstanding host.”
The breakfast buffet was very nice. The outdoor was really taken care of an there was options to use different areas to relax. Daniella was very hepful with suggestions on where to visit and made sure we had everything we needed and more.
