Overview
Set directly on the promenade in Senigallia, Hotel Universal features a private beach and a luxury wellness centre. Take advantage of the free Wi-Fi and internet point. Overlooking the long Velvet Beach, the Universal Hotel is close to the port, station, and centre. It offers a free transfer service to and from the station and Falconara Airport. A perfect place for an overnight stay: easy to get to, restaurants nearby and overlooking the beach. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is well located with easy reach from the motorway and the town centre. It is just off the beach with its own facilities. It was very clean and tidy. The food both at breakfast and dinner was really good, fresh, lots of choice even for gluten free and intolerance like me. I would recommend it and be happy to go back.

Communication prior to our stay was excellent including a paid upgrade change we needed to a larger room. Check in was easy and the staff really made us feel welcome both at the front desk and the restaurant.

“Very enjoyable stay which met our needs completely”
simple and clean room with good bathroom. Comfortable but only one extra cushion. I'm sure we could have asked for another one as the staff were very helpful but we were only staying one night so it was ok. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was from a machine.
