With a panoramic hilltop location, Hotel Bel Sit is a converted 17th-century convent 4 km from the Blue Flag beach of Velluto. Surrounded by olive groves, its grounds include a pool and 2 tennis courts. The Bel Sit Hotel is located in the Balcone di Senigallia, a spot famous for its views of Senigallia. It offers a shuttle bus to a private beach 4 km away, which has sun loungers, parasols and changing cabins to rent. Natura Wellness is the hotel's modern spa with a free gym and relaxation area. You can also treat yourself to a sauna, Turkish bath or hot tub. Rooms and apartments offer views of the Marche countryside. Each one is air conditioned and features an LCD TV with satellite channels. The apartments also have a kitchenette and balcony. Breakfast is buffet style, while the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from April until September. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided.

the cats on the property was the best part. I do hope the hotel feeds them more- some were in bad shape and hungry.
