“A poorly maintained motel charging well-maintained money - avoid.”
This is an ageing "mom & pop" style motel, which is desperately in need of a remodel. That said, the room, bedding and towels were clean.

“I would not stay again, if there is anything else available.”
The room was clean, there were a working fridge and microwave oven. The bathroom was clean and, surprisingly, renovated. The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Very close to the town (Seneca Falls). Airco worked very well (thankfully).
