“Very pleasant surprise”
The photos didn't do this place justice, it is very nice and clean. The rooms are very big and included large Tvs with chrome-cast capability. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to assist me and a friend in every enquiry we had. With one of the staff members speaking nearly perfect english. It was only a short stay so i did not get to see everything but the location is great. I would revisit this hotel if i'm ever in Sendai again.

the free amenities at the lobby, with japanese childhood snacks, ice cream, coffee. And their bed is simmons! and for ladies, their hair dryer is strong which is much better than usual.

Quite close to Sendai Station, about 10 mins walk for adults. Very clean, amenities provided are sufficient for family with kids. Breakfast is nice with reasonable price. Adults and kids are happy with the snack station. Check-in, check-out, luggage storage is fast and efficient.

“Very family oriented hotel design with abundant free accessories for babies & kids.”
Near walking distance from the train station plus parking lot facility. Very clean room with effective air conditioning. Nice bath tub with free provision of bath salts & other bathroom accessories. Pleasant coffee area with abundant tidbits, coffee, plus surprising strawberry & vanilla soft ice cream dispensers.

“Sendai is a big city, so give it a try”
The room was very spacious. I believe it would be a little better for those traveling with large suitcases without the sofa. I enjoyed my stay, especially the free drinks available. Good service from the front desk.
