Amazing onsen and great beauty products at the onsen facilities. The room was comfortable and we loved not wearing shoes throughout the entire venue.

Everything! We feel lucky considering price vs facilities and comfort. For us this is the best value vs comfort ratio from entire trip. If you look for simple and basic stay but with near complete facilities and amenities- this is where you should go.

The room is wide for Japanese standard, really beautiful and transmit calm. Besides the disposition of toilet, shower.... really like it. Very comfortable bed, too.

Modern meets traditional. Loved the shoes off at the lobby entrance and into shoes locker, this made the rest of the hotel and room feel very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough to have two big and two small suitcases open all at the same time. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of Japanese and Western style options. The hotel was located in the city center which made exploring the city easy. Two convenient stores located by this hotel perfect for late night snack pick ups. Overall very happy with the stay and would stay again.

I love these Hotels by Dormy Inn. I love the breakfasts, the onsen and all the special touches. A big shout out to their “how to use onsen” video - every traveller to Japan needs to see this before they embark on their first traditional Japanese hot bath. Location is good, a short walk to the train station and the shopping mall.

“Great hotel in Sendai”

What an amazing hotel this is! For a hotel with over 100 rooms this place always felt quiet and calm. The room was compact, but had everything I needed. Loved the dressing area separate from the bedroom, enabling me to keep all my messy luggage out of view. The onsen on the room with a small open air pool was great to be able to sit in the water with snow falling around me. Breakfast was busy, but it was fantastic. A large selection available and it was all delicious. Friendly and welcoming staff were always present. A short walk to the Shinkansen station and many shops / restaurants nearby.
