“If I visit Sendai again, I would probably try somewhere else closer to the city or a train station.”
Breakfast was okay. Buffet scrambled eggs were quite revolting. Coffee was only average. Croissants were good. Fresh fruit was very good. Room aircon was a little difficult to figure out. There were instructions on how to use the humidifier…why no instructions on how to use the aircon? The bed was a little hard. The hotel onsen was very nice. I also appreciated the washing machines and dryers. The staff were lovely - so kind, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated all my interactions with them. Please treat staff like this well-they are a treasure!
