The location is nice, next to the shopping street while still pretty quite in the night. There's restaurants and familymart down stairs. Also, there's a laundry room, suitable for 4-5 days travel in Sendai

Clean and convenient. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the metro. There are convenience stores nearby, vending machines, and a coin laundry.

They gave us only one door key, and since we were on a different schedule with my family (me for business, husband with kids for leisure), we had to leave the key at the reception. They refused to give another key. Sometimes reception was empty, so it caused some inconvenience.
