“Ideal spot for a short stay in Sendai”

Great location close to station. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, very helpful staff. Nice that drinks and light snacks are included in the evening. Had a lovely vibe.

Very warm welcome on arrival, our suitcases were wet from walking in the rain and staff member wiped them down for us. Smaller size room but very comfortable. Super comfy bed and pillows and lovely thread count bed linen, and very fluffy towels. A pianist plays in the lounge area where free coffee, tea, and juices and Japanese sweets are available in the afternoon. Would stay again and also recommend if you are visiting Sendai. It was only a short walk from the station too.

This was my second stay, it’s such a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the highlight is the lounge. Live classical music and complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon is a real treat. There is a konbini right on the ground floor and it’s an easy walk to the station. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sendai and I plan on returning next time I’m in Japan.

Good sized room and comfortable beds, having a smart tv was fantastic. Snack in reception area in evening. 5 minutes walk to Sendai station. 7/11 store just downstairs.

“Lovely Hotel in a Good Location with Very Helpful Staff”

A charming hotel with a strong musical theme. Staff were very professional, and they also serve free late night refreshments in the common area. We had issues with our train to Sendai and the staff at Grandbach Hotel were very flexible and generous in helping us when we had issues during our travel. Concierge service was excellent.

Communal ohu bath was excellent. Little speaker in bedroom nice idea. Also water, tea and coffee in room. And furniture was quite tasteful. Pipe organ in reception was kind of wonderful.
