It's a bit of a distance from Sendai Station, but right below the hotel is a shopping arcade, making it very convenient for dining, strolling, and shopping.

The room was huge for a Japanese hotel room - very unexpected and appreciated. Love the LG styler for an overnight clothes refresh, I wish more hotel rooms had one.

Very convenient, very good price. The LG Styler Clothing Sanitizer in the room is out of my expectation. This machine can keep my clothes feel clean during travel. My stay is very pleasant in this hotel. However, if you need parking, you have to check the location clearly in advance.

Great location and check-in was via kiosk. We had no issues checking in but there is a call button if you need support. Room was fine, clean and had heaps of amenities.

“Nice, fun hotel, great location, perfect for introverts”
Awesome hotel in a great location, directly in a busy shopping street, close to the main station and a lot of bus stations to get you everywhere. The check-in process with 3d modelled characters was fun, everything was available in English as well. Room was nice, relatively spacious and had an unusual (good) layout. Loved it, and would probably stay again.

Large rooms. Generally clean (found a hand towel behind the toilet from previous occupant with biological material on it). Window opened for fresh air Nice toiletries Good hanging rack Fridge on for us Staff helpful/ got the room allocation right for the members of our group (often very difficult to achieve).

Cute holographic front counter. Efficient check in and out. Breakfast cafe limited options but well cooked. Very nice location in the centre of the shopping district. Easy walk to attractions and venues

Great location near restaurants, shops and 15-min away from the train station. We could leave our baggage before check-in in lockers next to the reception. Everything was great!

The furniture and equipment in the room are adequately arranged for guests’ convenience. Cozy room with good air conditioning. The whole building has good decor. Though there seems to be no staff in the lobby, everything is in good order.
