“Splendid onsen”
The onsen is just splendid, it was huge and the leisure areas were quite new and felt nice. There was complimentary ice cream and night ramen available.

“Good Hot spring and massage”
Love hot springs! If you got a car probably better to get around the area. Have outlets nearby great shops and food courts. walking distance, but we were there when raining and windy. Clean room, big comfy bed, helpful staff and free ice blocks for kids free washing machines just pay for dryers.

“Awesome and comfortable stay”
The room is comfortable and clean. The onsen facility is quite good with both indoor and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the free ice cream after having a soak in the onsen. Didn't have the chance to try the complimentary noodles though, which is also available at night. Free parking onsite which is convenient for those driving.
