The breakfast and dinner were superb. The ground floor is a first class Italian restaurant. We ate all of our meals there. The setting for the meals is fine with comfortable seating and ambiance.

I stayed at The Route 76 Guesthouse for 4 night in March 2026 while visiting the Mondulkiri elephant project, which they arranged for me. I booked a basic double room with a fan, which had everything I need for a comfortable stay. The shower was powerful enough, warm and the bed comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day trekking. They are also an Italian restaurant, which serves good food, some of which was quite expensive. They had some set breakfast options, which were good value. All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful in arranging transport and trips. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. If you’re visiting Mondulkiri and looking for somewhere comfortable, relaxing, and great value with wonderful staff, this is a fantastic place to stay. I would happily return.

Great guesthouse right in the centre of Sen Monorom. The staff is absolutely lovely and we help with whatever you need (bus ticket, activities, question, etc .). The room is very fairly priced and comfortable.

The rooms are basic but clean. The location is spot on. The Italian restaurant is fabulous and the food is so good. There is even a pool table and a gym. For the room price, this is an excellent choice! Even booking tours and transport onwards.

It is a lovely guest house, nice large airy rooms, very clean, great views, the staff and owners were very friendly and the food was excellent, I'd go as far as way beyond my expectations. Great facilities and a peaceful town with the market and shops just a 3 minute walk over the road. I hired a bicycle one day and went for a ride, it's quite hilly but well worth the effort and it's good for building up your appetite. I booked a elephant sanctuary tour and it was the best experience, feeding them in the morning then swimming with them in the afternoon at a small waterfall. I thoroughly recommend this guest house for a great stay that's excellent value for money

“Great stay & excellent Italian food”

I stayed at Route 76 and had a great experience. The Italian food is really excellent. Prices are a bit higher than average, but absolutely justified by the outstanding quality of the ingredients and the dishes, all very well prepared. A special mention to the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He genuinely cared that everything went smoothly and even helped me choose a night bus — and the best seat for my specific needs, which is really rare. Highly recommended. I would definitely come back.
