The property is extremely clean and very quaint. The house is historical and was refurbished 10 years ago strictly following the model of old drawings and pictures of late 1800s/early 1900s. The rustic wood beams, tiles, fire place windows with shutters - every single detail ! Perfect for anybody wanting to experience the full essence of Tuscany. Fulvio was extremely kind, helpful and polite making us as feel so welcome! He’s the best host I have ever met! He was willing to look after our dog while went to the hot springs and very flexible with check in and check out. He waited for us every single day even on Xmas eve, Xmas and Boxing Day!

It was a privilege to be able to stay at the heart of a beautiful well maintained Italian village. It was quiet and non touristy but had everything we needed, great cafe, restaurant etc at our doorstep and lovely locals.Semproniano was the perfect distance away from Rome international airport to rest after a long flight before travelling.

Landlord was very helpful, unfortunately we don't speak Italian and he doesn't speak English but Google translate save the day :-) Pretty fine pizzeria Vecchia some 100m from app. Supermarket some 200m away. Bar in front of app, cappuccino and croassant for breakfast cost some 3.50Eur. Terme Saturnia really close some 15min by car. We enjoyed the whole stay , 2 days.

Very pretty village and original stone house on two levels. The front door is up some stone steps. Clean bathrooms and only 15 min drive to Saturnia. Fulvio was very friendly. We communicated through Google translate. Very good price.

The photos do not do the room justice. The view from the balcony is breath taking. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the mini fridge, comfy towels.

Location was very quite and cute. The room was cute and positioned in a cute spot in the city.

The accomodation is located in very romantic town - we recommend to stay and walk around. The room itself was very lovely, big, clean and there was all necessary stuff. The owner was very nice and helful. We plan to come back again one day.

This is what I call a perfect accomodation. Living in a 900 year old house in a historical village, meet authentic italian people and life style - exactly what I hoped and even more. Many thanx to Fulvio and Morello for the supports and proposals and for their company too. All in one: we spent a very good holyday there - must be repeated.
