“It’s a good stay! Will definitely come back again.”
The room was clean and tidy. The location not really far from the town and facilities around the hotel is good. There’s a laundry nearby, convenience store. Bathroom is clean and spacious, water supply is good. Breakfast is okay but if you can add more menu is better.

“3 Days 2 Nights in Semporna”
Overall stayed was good. Old facilities but comfortable. Room: Spacious. I booked 2 rooms. Requested adjoining rooms, but they didn't have them. View: One room has a sea view, and the other has a parking lot view. Telephone in room: Not functioning TV: No channels available Bathroom: Simple toiletries provided. Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast: Included, but we didn't take it. Staff: Receptionist was nice and good with explanations. The housekeeper acted fast when we asked for more drinking water. Location: Just a few minutes from the jetty and other attractions

“Pleasant stay”
Breakfast is so so... The rice used for fried rice wasn't totally cook. However, The lift enable my mother to use the wheelchair to move around..

For the price you pay, it is good value and location is good, walking distance to the town centre and wet market where you buy your fresh and live seafood. Plus point is that the hotel provides many free parking lots. We got a room a Seaview room and Semporna town. We had a problem with water heater in the room which rectified quickly
