Really quiet place to stay very close to the town and the beach. There is a nice garden around where you can see fireflies, nice plants and just relax. Staff is friendly and there is a self-check-in which made it very uncomplicated to get a room as soon as we arrived. There is also free water and toilet paper to grab yourself. Good to stay for a night or two max.

Owner is very friendly and helpful. He helps us reserve snorkeling activities. Room is clean and bed is ok.Shower is good and hot. They provide towels, shampoo and soap. Big space for park car. Table for sitting. Laundry and space for dryer your clothes. No machine for refills water. Location is good if you are machine. Otherwise you have to call a taxi. Good value for money.

Good place not far from the uninspiring port town. Quite location if you have your own transport. A little outdated but good value for Semporna. Washing machine and clothes line was a bonus.

the environment was so great far from the town .. less sound polution that make it a peace place for living .. all the facilities were great.

“A warm welcome with a host that can't do enough for you!”

Our host was amazing, so happy to organise anything we needed. He planned 3 day trips for us to see the islands at our request which included pick up every morning included in the prize. The tours he helps you organise are also a fair price (and slightly cheaper than Get Your Guide or Klook). He also took the time on our last night to show us the fireflies in the back garden. And he dropped us to the coach station the morning we left! Such a kind man with a lovely family! The facilities were simple but sufficient, loved that we could do laundry during our stay, loved that toilet paper and water were kept by the stairs for people to help themselves. There was also a basket of amenities (such as mosquito spray) free to use if you needed.

Host was super friendly and helpfull. He took us every morning to Semporna for free where we booked our island trips and diving course. His son is friendly too and the cat Douglas is the best. Semporna is not the prettiest city so it was nice to be a little bit outside Semporna. It was only a 13 min drive by car to get to the jetty. You can wash your clothes for free too. Could recommend to everyone!

Calm and serene location out of the town. Sadeed very kindly took us to the jetty for our trips to the islands. Clean and comfortable.

We loved staying here. You need to rent a scooter or a bike to get to the city or around ‘cause no facilities nearby but otherwise it’s a very nice and peaceful place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also organise day trips or longer stays on the nearby islands.

The owner was really nice, helped with booking the trips and drove us to the jetty. The room was fine - the AC was working, hot water in the shower, the beds were comfortable.

Very accommodating host who drove us to our snorkelling activities each day and organised this. He also gave us recommendations on where to eat. The rooms were comfortable and private, with decent pressure in the shower and hot water.
