Love everything bout it. The bed was comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful. There’s water heater, hairdryer water dispenser, iron, well almost everything that u might need and everything works just well.

Considering the surroundings, this apartment was a good surprise. As a westerner, one must take a deep breath to step into Semporna but this hotel is pretty good.

Location is good. Everything is near by. Short walk to the jetty, supermarket and restaurants. And It's next to the bus station. Quiet at night. There is also free bottle water and coffee available.

“Clean and friendly overnight stay in Semporna”
Clean, good value for the price, and pretty close to the touristic center, nice breakfast (only 10 RM per day), friendly staff. Well, it is not a luxury hotel, but in Semporna, you can hardly expect more. Just a bed and shower for night stay between trips to the fantastic islands. Also surprisingly, no early callings from a neighbouring mosque!

“Comfortable stay”
Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The place is clean and the facilities are good. This place was very good value for money if you are looking to do the island tours and don’t want to pay resort prices. The day trips can be done from here as it is close to the jetty. The room was clean and spacious and having access to the washing machine was really useful.

“Room was great !”
Overall, good stay. Very Nice room, it was clean, the tv was working perfectly , staff was nice as well. Mango pudding as a welcome gift :) You have a fridge in the common area which is great. Its almost next to the bus station. Shops etc are just everywhere. You need to pay the deposit , which they will give you back later.

Ang Lee Holiday Stay is next to the bus station and around a 10-15min walk to the waterfront. So a good stay if you plan to go on daily island trips. Furnitures are used, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a good stay up to Ameican and European standards! Good wifi for work, a fridge to keep water cold. Located right where the bus drops you off. Washing machine to wash you clothes after /snorkeling/diving. Next door the sell laundry detergent. Adequate breakfast. Staff is nice and speak english. There was an electrical issue one night and they were fair and refunded us some money. The sheet were clean bed was cozy. Make this your first choice if you stay in Semporna town. Easy to island hop grab delivery offers good food options. When we return this would be our first choose. They book up so reserve early. Easy to catch a grab for 71 myr to Tawau Airport Or there is a shared shuttle at the shell station for 35 ringgits per person

Stayed here for 1 night after visiting one of the islands for a couple of days. Good value for money, the people are very friendly. Feels safe. Clean rooms, simple but comfortable. Breakfast is okay. Location is right opposite the bus station, which was very sufficient for us (no noise from the buses by the way).

“Amazing”
The room was great. There was everything you’ll need there. Very clean, very nice stuff, free coffee and water. They even asked us if we need new towels and to clean the room without us saying a thing. The best place to stay in Semporna, close to everything, we loved it.
