“Great stop to explore the area”

Great location and super friendly staff. The cafe is a great touch and the coffee and cakes are delicious. We’re in Semporna a lot and would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast waffles were really good and the location was perfect for all the boat trips.

“Great for a short stay”

The room was as described. It had enough space for a solo traveller like myself. My room did not have a window, but this is mentioned clearly when making the booking. The free WiFi is great, was quite useful as there is no TV in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was good. It is very close to a bunch of restaurants and mamaks, as well as the jetty, which is typically for the divers/snorkelers.

The best place in Semporna and very friendly staff and owner! we forgot the pillows in the room and went to Sandakan and they were so nice to send them to us the next day!! the room is clean and nice, breakfast each morning were tasty and european style (and you definitely won't find better options there) brilliant!

“Convenient stay for diving.”

I stayed for one night after diving before flying home. Close to the port and near shops and restaurants. The location was good. I had to leave before breakfast was served but they happily boxed it up for me.

Amazing Rooms offers a perfect base for island hopping, thanks to its exceptional location right next to the jetty and dive shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the incredibly helpful staff who are ready to assist with anything.

Clean, central location near the tour agencies, this specific area feels cleaner and more inviting than most of Semporna. Room was comfy and big enough for two.

Small boutique hotel that has a cozy vibes . Location is convenient. Restaurant, wet market and Supermarket all within minutes of walking. Friendly and helpful staff that provides great hospitality. Breakfast provided is of decent quality.
