“Great location, excellent size but the property really needs modernising/upgrading for the cost.”
The location of the villa, for us, was excellent. It's about a 45 minute drive from the airport in Palma. The town of Selva is a 10 minute drive from the villa where there are plenty of restaurants, shops etc. You will need a vehicle to stay here as there is very little within walking distance. The villa is a great size as is the pool.
