“Lovely rural property in a World Heritage setting”

Beautiful restored Agrotourisimo made very comfortable by Joan. We had an upstairs suite with sensational views, an enormous comfortable bed and everything that you could need. Joan is an exceptional host and he continued to provide little extras such as beers, water and a glass of wine. The pool was essential for June and we enjoyed it very much. We often had it to ourselves. Joan is the most enthusiastic and pleasant man with nothing too much trouble. We highly recommend Subies and we hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay here with our 5-year-old. The peaceful rural setting, beautiful views, and stylishly restored house made it truly special. Juan is an amazing host – warm, helpful, and full of great local tips. Our child loved the animals, especially the sheep, and the yard was perfect for play. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily, with a separate bathroom and everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the location is perfect for both mountain hikes and nearby beaches. This place is a hidden gem – peaceful, stylish, family-friendly, and hosted with so much care. We would come back in a heartbeat!

“Amazing house and host!”

Wow, what a place! The house is wonderfully decorated, clean and nice, and equipped with all the necessary. Its position is great to visit the island and having an accessible parking spot is quite a treat in Palma :) There are restaurants near by, at walking distance (10 min) or at 5 min by car. If you're visiting with a toddler then this is the place to be: there's a chicken, 2 cats and sheep & the yard is great. Juan is the best host, kind and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lasted up until lunch, so one can take its time in the morning. The room was cleaned daily.

Waking up to the beautiful views every morning in this incredibly peaceful part of Mallorca was magnificiant. Joan (the host) was so friendly & kind and made us feel very welcome to stay in his beautifully restored farmhouse. Picking fresh oranges from the trees, wondering through the almond blossom to get to the beautiful pool - a perfect mix of rural countryside tranquility and beautiful modern decor - we couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

Everything. It’s wonderful and special

Juan was a very enthusiastic and super host for us with many recommendations for restaurants, things to visit or hiking tours. The historic house is beautifully rennovated and the rooms are spaceous with a seperate bathroom/toilet. The common sitting area on the in and outside was very good. The accommodation is perfectly situated for hikes in the Tramunatana mountains but also close enough to the beaches. The Ca Na Toneta restaurant is close by and well worth the experience.

We were looking for peace and tranquility and this is absolutely what we found! With a backdrop of the tramuntana mountain. The only thing you hear are sheep and beetles. The house is a minimalist interior design dream. Super big and very comfy bed, it’s either a queen or even bigger, the mattress is very comfy. The whole place is spotlessly clean. We loved the daily room cleaning. Breakfast is fresh. The pool is lovely, very comfy sunbeds. There is only 4 rooms at the property so often it was our own private pool! There is a shallow end for kids. A selection of casual to more high end restaurants 10-15 min drive away.

“A rural but beautiful stay”

We had an incredible time, we ended up even extending our stay we enjoyed ourselves so much. The whole region around Caimari is beautiful, very laid back, but by car even the farthest attractions on the island are easily accessible. Juan, the owner of the estate did everything in his power to make us feel at home, he was a truely great host. We loved every minute. The bed is extra wide and the duvet felt like a mile long, we slept really well.
