Overview
Located on the Gardena Pass, Rifugio Frara is at the foot of the Sella Group mountain range and offers rooms with views of the Dolomites. With free Wi-Fi, it has a terrace and a garden. Most of the rooms come with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some have a shared bathroom. A restaurant serving local specialities and a bar are available on site. The location is excellent, and the view from the rooms and the shared balcony is simply amazing. It’s just a few minutes’ drive from Corvara, which is important for shopping, restaurants, and so on. Our room was big, spacious, and clean- we really enjoyed our stay.

“Great if you want to experience the mountains”
Quaint isolated hotel that we wanted to experience in the Dolomites surrounded by mountains. Food was delicious - Tyrolean & Italian cuisine. Staff were helpful in helping us translate

“excellent food, lovely staff, comfortable rooms, perfect location!”
staff was great, super friendly, always on top of everything. the restaurant was way more than we could expect. absolutely fantastic. everything was perfectly clean, the rooms were comfortable and the view breathtaking. the ski slopes are just across the street and we couldn't ask for anything more! my friends used the sauna and loved it as well. I did not so I cannot say.

Amazing location right at Passo Gardena. Great mountain view directly from the bedroom! Staff very kind and also good quality food. We overall really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a cosy stay in a fantastic location!

The location was wonderful at the top of the pass you could see all the mountains on both sides. Lots if bikers, hikers and motorcycles all around using the trails and roads.
