“Great stay in Val Gardena”

Beautiful location above the town. Beautiful views. Very attentive staff. Very comfortable apartment. Convenient ski in/ ski out (not easy for beginner skiers. Tho).

“Phenomenal!”

Wow we loved our time here. Firstly, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We booked a basement room on booking, on arrival we were given a room on L1 with a balcony with a gorgeous view, we sat here every morning having our coffee and breakfast. Our room was much larger and better equipped than we were expecting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, we made breakfast and dinner here every day with no problems. The wellness centre with the 2x saunas, cold shower, swimming pool (with amazing views) and spa were all amazing, we used these daily too (how can you not). Large parking garage underneath for safe car parking, bike parking in garage too. 15min walk down the hill to Selva town, with lots of walks and hikes and bike tracks around. Free bus passes with the accommodation too so easy to get the bus at bottom of the hill to Ortesei for Seceda and Alpe De Suisi. Drinks at the bar downstairs were well priced for location and convenience (Hugo Spritz €5.50 with snacks). I could go on and on, but all in all we loved it and will definitely be returning when we return to the Dolomites! Thank you!

A very comfortable and clean apartment in a quiet area. Did have every equipment we needed and very convenient with elevator straight up from the garage. Friendly staff. The bus stops almost in front of the house if you want to use that. Nice and clean wellness-space and swimmingpoolarea.

Comfortable spacious apartment with good kitchen and bathroom and a wonderful view. Good underground parking, communal washing machine and dryer. Restaurant closed as last week of season. But bar was open and breakfasts were excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

A great apartment, really spacious - had more than enough room and facilities for the 3 of us. The staff were really kind and helped us out a lot with deciding what hikes to do and where to visit while we were staying. We didn't actually get to use the pool and sauna facilities while there but they looked great, well maintained and very clean. It is slightly outside the town of Selva, only a few minutes if you have a car but about a 20 minute walk if you don't which was absolutely fine for us. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

“A week in the Dolomiti Paradise”

- first time we tried the residence/apartment option when on a ski vacation. we loved it! (chance to cook a simple/light meal for dinner and save some money if you do not wanna go to a restaurant every day) - apartment was really spacious, clean and super handy. Kitchen was supplied with all the basic tools and appliances. - bathroom came with a bathtub, perfect to relax your muscles if you can't or don't wanna go to the indoor pool/wellness area - indoor pool area was one of the best we have ever experienced. Really cool interior and design. Deckchairs super comfy to lay on and relax in the sun and the warmth of the wellness area. - staff was always very polite, friendly and full of good advice/tips. - we asked to arrange an extra activity organized by the local tourism office (breakfast at the top of the mountain and be the first to come down the slopes) and we enjoyed it a lot - possibility to park the car in an indoor garage - ski and boots rental all organized and taken care of. They take the gear to the residence secured ski's room and they come pick it up at the end. You only need to go to the shop once: the 1st day to try them on - they give the chance to purchase the skipass before the arrival and it's delivered directly to you upon arrival at the reception desk. A bus ticket for the whole area (not only Val Gardena) is handed over to you as well (for free). - once all geared up and ready to skii, you can walk less than a minute and you are directly on the slope (the famous Sasslong, a red one that actually in certain parts feels more like a black one). - 10- 15 minute walking distance to the village La Selva - very good communication with the staff months and weeks before the arrival
