The property is modern, stylish, and beautifully maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing — high quality, delicious, and local. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were extremely professional, friendly, and always accommodating, making sure every need was taken care of. The ski-in and ski-out access was incredibly convenient.

Great location, stunning views: as well as from the room as from the outdoor swimming pool. Relaxing SPA. Attention to detail in design that makes a really great experience. Food was absolutely delicious. Possibility to try horse trekking among mountains. A peaceful, relaxing place.

I’ve stayed 2 times this winter at this wonderful hotel. Spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast and dinner, and very friendly staffs. After a ski day an exceptional spa, pool and lounge zone are waiting for you. Definitely worth staying, and definitely not my last stay here.

My room/suite was based in the newer equestrian block soon to be 4 stars. I overlooked the ski slope (Saslong B) a red run. I could ski to the door and return using the lifts. All of the villages are very accessible in Val Gardena. You will need to be intermediate to ski to the door. The property is in a peaceful location. It is shared with the horse stables and arena. There is a modern bar and restaurant below as an alternative to the very pleasant and wholesome dinners provided as half board in the original hotel chalet. A ski bus can be taken into town. Only one in five buses do the route up the hill and not all are numbered, but there seemed one an hour. I gave up on the bus and chose to ski from the door. There is an available heated boot room. Many guests skied from the door. it doesn’t have a pool or gymnasium. but the genuine hospitality, food and well appointed rooms make for a genuine and modern experience. Well priced.
