“Comfortable, modern apartment with a really helpful owner”

On the edge of town but right beside the bus stop, but having a car is definitely easier. Very clean, modern apartment. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The owner, Roland, was very helpful with any questions we had. Fresh bread was delivered each morning. You can ski back to the road in front of the chalet. At the start of the day you can either take the bus directly outside the chalet or a five minute walk gets you onto a run into the town and the main lift system. Lift to the boot room and garage made it easy to get started each morning. Spacious boot room with heated boot racks. Good wifi and good size fridge. Quiet location.

Beautiful modern apartments with everything you need for a ski holiday. The facilities were fantastic and the location is either a 5 min walk from the slopes or directly next to the ski bus. The owners were lovely and very helpful - all in all you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

“Great chalet”

This apartment was by far the best holiday apartment we've stayed in. It has everything you need for a perfect family ski vacation. A Well equipped kitchen, wash and dryer, very comfortable beds and an indoor parking. It's very clean and well kept. Even though it doesn't have a separate living area there's a very big sofa next to the dining table which was very spacious and much more fun and family oriented. The ski bus stop is just outside the apartment, 2 stops to the ski slops. Clean towels were changed every 3-4 days. We got free bus tickets from the owners who were the nicest people!!! Also they were very helpful and offered a lot of useful information. Definitely recommended ❤️

The apartment is very clean and modern, with a separate shared laundry room in the basement. You get your own ski locker with boot warmers, and their recommended ski rental shop can deliver and pick up ski equipment directly to/from the property. The walk to the piste is about 5-10 mins in ski boots, and the ski in from the piste lands you very close to the apartment. Fairly easy to get to the main gondola in town (Campinoi).

The host was a charming local, arrival time was not a problem, departure 30 min later not an issue, everything was clean, new and well thought through in terms of facilities. The location was a 15 min walk to Selva center but on ski to the Chalet and right next to skibus stop.

“Great Christmas break with our family”

New apartment built in 2022, with high quality finishing. Great size for our family, with 3 baths and 3 bedrooms. Very close to the slopes, almost ski in/out.

“Lovely chalet”

This is a beautiful new chalet, finishedd in 2022 on the edge of Selva Val Gardena. It has all the mod cons including a superb boot room and passenger lift to all floors. Our 3 bed apartment was very spacious with 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and a large kitchen diner with a generous balcony. It was clean and everything worked. Note to future guests; The chalet is a short walk to the centre; about 10~15 mins down and about 15~20mins up. Easily done. There is a bus stop RIGHT outside with a bus up to Plan de Gralba at 8.54 and a bus down to Costa Bella/ Dantecepies at 9.12. Alternatively you can walk down a few hundred metres to the bus turning where there are more frequent buses. We opted to walk the 50~100m up to the footbridge and path onto the ski piste that runs down into the village. Coming home you can ski from Plan de Gralba and be in the chalet in 10 minutes using the same footbridge off the piste (look out for the flagpoles). We chose to come home around 4~5pm shower and change before walking into the village. Very easy. Great choice of restaurants and bars.
