“Good standard - good value!”
I was on a walking holiday, so used the hotel for an overnight stop only. It was easy to locate on the edge of the village. I was clearly expected, and welcomed warmly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a a good hot shower. As I was staying on a Tuesday night many of the nearby restaurants etc were closed, so I ate in the hotal bar - limited range, but good value (and helpful staff!)

“it suited our needs, we were visiting family in the area”
Great location for what we wanted. very friendly staff. Breakfast was typical for the area, sandwiches, pastries, cakes, yoghurt, fresh fruit & good coffee. spotlessly clean everywhere. we will stay there again.

Great little inn and fantastically located on the Munchen-Venezia bike route. We were on bicycles, and they let us store them indoors. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. We especially loved the eatery -- while they don't serve dinner, we ate our take-away pizza there and the host served us some bar snacks with our beverages. Breakfast was expansive, and the second halves of the maxi sandwiches lasted us until lunch.

We traveled with Family. Location about 40 minutes to the Venezia. Free private parking. Perfect, friendly Staff. Nice, clean Accommodation. Very tasty Breakfast. The best toast ever! Wine as a bonus on departure... :)
