The reception lady was really nice and helpful, the surroundings are nice but not much to do in autumn... Besides, the restaurant works only up to 4 pm so you need to find a place for having dinner somewhere else.

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience at the tourist complex! The restaurant left a great impression with its delicious food and impeccable service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was perfect for families, creating a warm and welcoming environment. We highly recommend this complex for a memorable getaway.

Overall it's a great place. Location is very pleasant, stuff is friendly, food is descent. Comfortable beds. We took two rooms, and they were great. Also we booked two rooms with AC, and there was no AC in one room. But the stuff easily swapped the room to the one with AC.

The staff was grumpy and uninterested with limited ability to communicate in any language other than Romanian and Russian. This makes the location suboptimal for foreign travelers. When we were about to have dinner, we were rather rudely informed that it will take 2 hours to prepare our meal (including a simple salad) given that there are 2 weddings taking place in parallel. As guests, we should not be concerned about the understaffing and possible organizational issues of the establishment. In addition, the pool closes at 19 (for unclear reason).

Thw receptionist Felicia been very professional, helpful, friendly, amazing girl.The breakfast was poor , we really like the lady that ironed my boyfriend’s suit been very smiling face,helpful and very fast.Beautiful place,location.
