Overview
Guesthouse Franjković is 3 km from the main entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park. It provides accommodation with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi on a picturesque location in the north-eastern part of the protected area. The riverbank of Korana River is 200 metres away and guests can benefit from the large garden with a barbecue, garden seating and a playground. “Lovely cosy apartment with picturesque views and great hosts!”
Beautiful location, spotlessly clean, and a really cosy apartment. The hosts were wonderful , super responsive to all our requests and questions. It’s perfectly located close to Plitvice National Park. The bus stop, convenience store, and market are all within walking distance, which made things really easy. An added luxury was the lovely restaurant just a short walk away. Great base for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

The guesthouse is situated in a wonderful location. The room is beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and there all necessary services. The owner is a very welcomed host and the check-in and check-out have been easy. The guesthouse is really near to the entrance 2 of plitviche lakes and nearby the house you can find markets and restauranys. Everything has been perfect! We suggest this guesthouse

We had a very nice stay here. The property was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location is great, very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park, which made visiting the park really convenient. Parking was easy and we had no issues at all. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would happily recommend it.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The host was very nice and helpful. The location is great, close to the Plitvice Lakes. There was a beautiful garden where we could enjoy the scenic views around. I would recommend.

“Comfortable accomodation close to Plitvice Lakes”
A few kilometres from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. Supermarket and restaurant within 100 metres. Accomodation was clean and comfortable and had parking directly outside. Owners were cheerful and happy to provide advice. All in all, a great pace to base yourself if visiting Plitvice Lakes.

I had a wonderful stay at Guesthouse Franjković. The place was spotlessly clean and well-organized, with plenty of space to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful backyard garden—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or unwinding in the evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Such a convenient location for entry into the park. Super friendly hosts, lovely accomodation. We had a 1 night stay but it would be a great place to stay longer!

“Good place to stay for visitors going to the national park.”
Convenient location to the national park. Has two bathrooms. Perfect for 2 couples. There are steps leading to the unit and the bedrooms.
