“Amazing location, lasting memories”
This place was absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we are so incredibly happy we chose it. It easily became one of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed — we only wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We did need to download WhatsApp to open the gate since we didn’t have Icelandic mobile numbers, but once that was sorted everything was seamless. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into the space — there were extra towels, lanterns, and so many thoughtful touches that made it feel comfortable and special. Overall though, this place was incredible and we would absolutely stay again. It was such a special spot for our honeymoon.

“AMAZING!”
This place is amazing in every sense! The hot tub outside gives a wonderful view on de sunset and is super private. The house itself has everything you need. I would definitely recommend staying in for the night so bring your groceries with you. The fireplace, the shower and bathtub, the view from the bed, everything is wonderful!

“AMAZING!”
This place is amazing in every sense! The hot tub outside gives a wonderful view on de sunset and is super private. The house itself has everything you need. I would definitely recommend staying in for the night so bring your groceries with you. The fireplace, the shower and bathtub, the view from the bed, everything is wonderful!

“A wonderful stop over in a beautiful cabin.”
beautiful cabin, totally relaxing, well equipped and in a great location. The views are amazing and the hot tub fantastic! We cooked each evening, the kitchen all works well and the supermarket in Selfoss was an easy stop before arriving at the cabin. It’s cozy, romantic and a pretty special place

“It could be perfect!”
A stunning cabin in a beautiful location, the property is finished to a very high standard. The views were unbelievable. We felt very remote but it’s actually conveniently located only 20 minutes from Selfoss, which is a beautiful little town.

The whole cabin was beautiful, we loved the design and big windows and the hot tub was the best place to start and end our days. It was so quiet and peaceful too, you could hear birdsong and that was it!
